Every order from GoldenClimax ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no product names, logos, descriptions, or any indication of the contents on the exterior of the package. The return address displays a generic business name for your complete privacy.

Your bank or credit card statement will show a discreet charge description that does not reference GoldenClimax or the nature of the products purchased.

Orders totalling $50 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. This offer applies automatically at checkout — no promo code required. Free shipping is available on standard delivery only; express and overnight options are available at the rates listed above.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. GoldenClimax is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

PO Boxes and Flex Delivery

We can ship to PO Boxes and Canada Post Flex Delivery addresses. Simply enter your PO Box or Flex Delivery address at checkout. Standard shipping rates and timeframes apply.
